Since 1991, MAI has offered a comprehensive range of services covering routine analyses, as well as specialty testing, for Water, Soil, Air, Sediment and Solids. We pride ourselves in providing accurate, defensible data in addition to outstanding customer service. Feel free to send us a message or call us at (877)252-9262.
McCampbell Analytical has full acidic herbicide capabilities using diazomethane derivitization. We have the flexibility to set-up new analytes and provide excellent analyte sensitivity, including reporting all water types at, or below, drinking water DLRs. We offer testing for acidic herbicides in drinking water, fresh & marine surface & ground water, effluent, storm water run off, waste water, soils, sludge, solids, petroleum liquids, plant & animal tissue, food, and wines, as well as other matrices not listed.
The McCampbell Analytical Aquatic Toxicology laboratory is fully accredited by both CA ELAP and NELAP in a wide variety of freshwater and marine bioassay test methods. We offer bioassay testing services for NPDES dischargers, stormwater dischargers, hazardous waste characterization (Title 22 CFR), TIE investigations, chemical and product registration, NRDA studies as well as customized large scale research projects tailored towards the needs of our clients.
With over 30 years of combined experience in the field of aquatic toxicology, our staff has collaborated on the best way to streamline the process of aquatic toxicity testing and developed a product which allows us to eliminate the amount of staff time spent on each test. This increase in overall efficiency allows us to reduce test costs and pass these savings along to our clients.
McCampbell Analytical has full nitrogen and phosphorous pesticides capabilities with NPD and MSD technology. We have the flexibility to set-up for new analytes and provide excellent analyte sensitivity, including reporting all water types at, or below, drinking water DLRs. PFAS are a large group of complex manufactured chemicals that have been used in a variety of industries around the globe since the 1940s. Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) were the most widely manufactured and are still present in the environment. PFAS chemicals keep food from sticking to cookware, make clothes and carpets resistant to stains, and create firefighting foam that is more effective. PFAS are used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, construction, electronics, and military.
PFAS molecules are made up of a chain of linked carbon and fluorine atoms. Because the carbon-fluorine bond is one of the strongest, these chemicals do not degrade in the environment. Because of their extensive use and their persistence in the environment, many PFAS are found all over the world and are present at low levels in a variety of food products and in the environment.
McCampbell Analytical (MAI) has completed a full validation package with the use of ultra sensitive LC-MS-MS equipment to provide low reporting limits and maintain proper chemical resolution in over 40+ PFAS compounds for soil and groundwater and 18 compounds for drinking water.
McCampbell Analytical (MAI) has completed a full validation package with the use of ultra sensitive LC-MS-MS equipment to provide low reporting limits and maintain proper chemical resolution in over 20+ PFAS compounds for soil and groundwater and 14 compounds for drinking water.
We offer additional services, such as R&D, ORC Bench Studies as well as Preparative Clean Up. If you don't see what you are looking for, give us a call.
