Environmental Testing Services

Located in the San Francisco Bay Area, McCampbell Analytical, Inc. (MAI) offers a full range of environmental services including Wet Chemistry, Microbiological and Aquatic Toxicity testing as well as analytical chemistry testing services for drinking water, waste water, storm water, metals testing, soil testing, gas and diesel testing, volatile organic compounds (VOC's) testing, and hazardous waste for a wide variety of chemical compounds including organic, inorganic and metallic contaminants. In addition, we perform testing for industry, such as refrigeration gases, CA Title 22 hazardous waste determinations, underground storage tank removal, and Tier 1 and 2 remediation. We also offer courier service, pharmaceutical testing, custom setups, and product testing.

Environmental Testing

Since 1991, we have offered a comprehensive range of services covering routine analyses, as well as specialty testing, for Water, Soil, Air, Sediment and Solids.

Aquatic Toxicology

Our Aquatic Toxicology laboratory is fully accredited by both CA ELAP and NELAP in a wide variety of freshwater and marine bioassay test methods.

PFAS

We have completed a full validation package to provide low reporting limits and maintain proper chemical resolution in over 40+ PFAS compounds for soil and groundwater and 18 compounds for drinking water.

Homeowner & Residential Drinking Water

We offer 4 different testing packages for homeowners and residential well water, drinking water and irrigation systems.

UCMR 5

We are proud to participate in the EPA UCMR 5 program as an approved analytical laboratory that accepts commercial samples for all 30 UCMR 5 contaminants.

Material Science & Unknown Analysis

We can quickly identify and quantify the contents of solid samples using several powerful techniques. XRD and ATR-IR provide powerful insight into both the structure and chemistry.
